Advertising terms

• Rates shown are gross, per 10 seconds, exclusive of GST at 18%. Agency commission 15%.
• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a signed release order and 50% advance; balance before telecast. Government and agency bookings on approved credit terms.
• Every creative must comply with the Advertising Code under the Cable Television Networks Rules and the ASCI Code, and carry a valid Self-Declaration Certificate from the Broadcast Seva portal before scheduling.
• Skycast Media Network Pvt Ltd may refuse or withdraw any creative that breaches the Code. Spots dropped for channel reasons are made good within the campaign period.
• Telecast certificates with spot-by-spot logs are issued within 7 days of month end.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
